Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border connectivity, international routing, subscription management, and related support services provided by VPNQV. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you should stop using the relevant services.

Service scope and applicability

Through clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, VPNQV provides the connectivity needed for cross-border access and access to international websites. The service includes account management, subscription delivery, route connections, traffic usage displays, client downloads, and ticket support. The routes, protocols, and features currently available are based on what is shown in the user panel.

The service covers 100+ countries / 190+ routes. This coverage represents the overall network resources available for selection and does not guarantee continuous access to any particular region, website, or application. Regional policies of the target service, account status, content licensing, and network changes may all affect the final access result.

Account and subscription use

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscriptions, connections, tickets, and settings actions initiated through their accounts. If credentials appear compromised or are used without authorization, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but this rule applies only to devices managed by the account holder. It does not permit subscriptions to be resold, rented, or publicly distributed. Users may not share account credentials or subscription information with third parties who are not managed by the account holder, or split the service into an independent network service for others. Users are responsible for account loss or subscription misuse caused by voluntarily disclosing their credentials.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and any difference when upgrading mid-cycle is converted according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before payment, users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and billing details. Accepted payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Lawful use requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that their accessed content, transmission activity, and account operations meet those requirements. The service may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ lawful rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, disruption of network operations, or fraud.

Users may not affect the normal use of routes, servers, or other users through automated requests, abnormal connections, resource exhaustion, or other means. They may not test, scan, or exploit security weaknesses in the service or related infrastructure. Users whose conduct causes complaints, claims, administrative action, or other liability are responsible for the consequences of that conduct.

Service availability and liability limits

Cross-border network connections may be affected by local carriers, target websites, device environments, route maintenance, and network events beyond reasonable control. The service continually maintains available resources, but does not promise uninterrupted connections or guarantee that every target service will work normally at every time, location, or device environment.

Interruptions, delays, and feature differences caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, changes to target service rules, force majeure, or user device configuration do not constitute a guarantee of any specific result. Users should back up important materials and prepare suitable alternatives before relying on a network connection for important activities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNQV is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of expected profits, changes to third-party services, or effects caused by a user’s failure to configure a device according to the instructions. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Account suspension and termination

If an account is used unlawfully, for subscription resale, public credential sharing, disruption of service operations, infringement of third-party rights, or other serious violations of these terms, the service may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Conduct that clearly threatens system security may be addressed immediately to protect the network and other users.

Where conditions permit, the reason for such action will be communicated through a website notice, the user panel, or ticket feedback. Users who believe an action was incorrect may sign in to the user panel and submit an explanation with any necessary materials. After account termination, users remain responsible for conduct that occurred before termination and for the related obligations.

Term changes and refund guidance

These terms may be revised when the service, operating procedures, or applicable rules change. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be revised accordingly. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the website or shown in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment; eligibility, processing, and exceptions are governed by the Refund Policy.
