Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNQV handles relevant data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Please read the following before using the service. Continuing to use the website, user panel, or network services means you understand the data practices described in this policy.

Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the VPNQV marketing website, user panel, subscription services, and support processes directly related to these features. External websites, payment pages, and other third-party services have their own privacy rules and are outside this policy's control.

VPNQV processes only the data needed for account authentication, order fulfillment, traffic accounting, service maintenance, issue resolution, and website security. If the purpose of processing materially changes, the change will be explained on the website or user panel. Collected data will not be arbitrarily repurposed for unrelated uses.

Data Collected and Its Uses

Account data: No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. VPNQV therefore does not require an email address as part of registration. The username identifies the account, while authentication data is used for login verification and to protect access to the user panel.

Order and service records: To confirm payments, activate subscriptions, process plan changes, handle refund requests, and resolve transaction disputes, the service retains order status, purchased items, payment method, transaction time, and necessary processing results. Traffic usage and reset status are used to apply the rules of the selected plan or traffic package.

Website analytics: When you access the marketing website or user panel, servers may process the request time, pages visited, browser and device type, network address, and error information. This data is used to maintain page availability, detect unusual requests, and improve content. It is not used to record which websites users access through the network service.

No Logs and Connection Data

VPNQV follows a no-logs privacy position. The service does not record browsing content, search content, websites visited, transmitted content, or detailed network activity history, and does not create browsing profiles that could be used to reconstruct an individual's access behavior.

During network connections, temporary runtime information may be generated to maintain sessions, calculate traffic, and resolve issues. This information is used only to complete the current service operation and is not retained as a long-term connection log. When a user submits a support ticket, technical information relevant to troubleshooting is used only as needed to handle that matter; once it is resolved and the information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or de-identified.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface preferences, security verification results, and necessary session information. The user panel may also store authentication status locally so that a logged-in session can continue when switching pages or returning later.

These technologies provide core website functions and are not used to store the content of users' access to international websites. You can clear related data through your browser settings, but you may need to log in again afterward, and some interface preferences may return to their default state. Restricting necessary storage may affect normal use of the user panel.

Payment Processing, Data Sharing, and Protection

VPNQV supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant third-party payment service. Payment account information, transaction records, and risk verification data collected by that provider are governed by its own rules. VPNQV receives only the transaction results needed to confirm orders, process refunds, and reconcile accounts, and does not directly control data processing on third-party payment pages.

Except where necessary to complete payments, provide essential infrastructure, respond to lawful procedures, or protect service security, VPNQV will not disclose account or order data to unrelated third parties. Providers entrusted with necessary data may process it only for the agreed purposes. VPNQV uses access controls and management measures appropriate to the nature of the data and limits internal access.

Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is generally retained while the account remains active. Order records are retained for as long as necessary to provide services, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Website security and error records are deleted or de-identified after maintenance purposes are complete; browsing content and website access history that are not logged do not require subsequent retention.

Users may sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. To prevent others from acting on a user's behalf, VPNQV will verify the request through the current account session. If some records must still be retained to handle an incomplete order, refund, dispute, or applicable compliance obligation, those portions will be kept only as necessary. Other data eligible for deletion will be handled according to the request.

This policy may be updated as service processes, technical implementations, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated information at the top will be changed accordingly. When there is an important change to data use, notice will also be provided through the website or user panel. We recommend checking this page regularly for the current rules.
